On the ground floor (3 steps underground) an apartment with entrance hall, living room with double bed-sofa, satellite TV, kitchen corner with big fridge and microwave, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 bunk beds and an extractable bed, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with a small tub, furnished and equipped for 5 persons. On the first floor a big apartment with separate entrance via outdoor staircase, living room, satellite TV, kitchen furnished with table and chairs, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk beds, bedroom with 2 single beds, one bathroom with shower and one bathroom with a small tub, furnished and equipped for 7 persons. Car parking for 3 vehicles on the grounds. Floors and all bathrooms renewed in december 2017. HEATING NOT AVAILABLE.

The beautiful ground floor holiday apartment “Margherita” is located only 100 meters from the lake and is part of a renovated villa Mattarana (including 2 other rental apartments). The three-room apartment Margherita is 60 square meters big and has a large living room with new kitchen (2026) with dishwasher, private garden, double bedroom with large closet, children's room with bunk beds, bathroom with shower. Equipment and furniture are brand new (2026). Also available for our guests: satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi, private parking, shared pool (11x5 m.), children playground, dog exercise area, barbecue grill and private access to the lake (pier in common with the other apartments of the villa).
