Our nice two-room apartment with air conditioning and WiFi is located on the first floor of a row house with two swimming pools and parking lot and has a large east-facing balcony with awning, where our guests may have breakfast in peace. This apartment of the Residence Sole del Garda in Lazise consists of: living room with open fireplace, kitchenette, brand new double sofabed (2019), separate bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower. Awning, balcony furniture, satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi.

Residence Sole del Garda was built in 1987 and consists of 60 convenient apartments with a big renovated swimming pool and a children's pool at 1500 m from the center of Lazise and 900 m from the lake shore. The apartments are located next to the nice pizzeria-restaurant La Bohème (50 meters distance!). Very popular amongst families with children and couples. Furnishings are essential but sufficient for those guests who love spending their time at the swimming pools or by the beach. Small dogs are usually welcome. Next public beach 900meters, next supermarket 900meters. Swimming pools (one bigger for adults and one smaller for children) were renovated in 2015. No sun loungers nor beach umbrellas available at the pool, where you can enjoy a wonderful lawn for sunbathing. Pools open from Mid May until Mid September.
